Keep accurate and up-to-date records of completed work.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the slot machines and related equipment.Attend regular Technician meetings and share knowledge, work and repair methods with other Team Members and Management.Establish thorough familiarity with all test equipment and support equipment progressive controllers and related equipment.Troubleshoot slot machines, perform RAM clears, option slot machines and have a fundamental understanding of IGT Player tracking systems and components.Responsible for maintenance, repairs, installs and general operating conditions of slot machines, electronic boards, bill acceptors and printers on the casino floor.Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department.Be involved in all aspects of machine conversions and relocations, including but not limited to paperwork and sign installation.Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Gun Lake Casino’s “Unsurpassed Service” standards at all times.Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures. Assists Slot Attendants who encounter complex problems and malfunctions while working on the floor.
The Slot Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, repair and maintenance of gaming machines. Provide friendly, efficient “Unsurpassed Service” to guests while on the slot floor.
